Terms

Last updated: August 2026. These terms cover the LivePin marketing site and commercial QR program. The DriveRank app has a separate in-app Terms of Service.

The product

LivePin provides commercial QR stickers so the public can rate a fleet vehicle in DriveRank. DriveRank is the mobile app. LivePin is the fleet-facing brand and sticker program.

Safety

Nobody should use DriveRank, scan a sticker, or type a rating while driving. Park first or let a passenger do it. Operators who issue LivePin kits should tell their crews the same rule.

Honest use

Ratings must come from a real driving encounter. Do not use LivePin or DriveRank to harass, stalk, or publish private information. We may refuse service, retire a QR, or remove content that is abusive or unlawful.

Ratings are opinions

Public comments are individual opinions, not verified facts. LivePin does not guarantee that a rating is accurate. Fleet customers are responsible for how they respond to feedback.

This website

Pages on livepin.app and livepin.online are provided as-is for information and fleet inquiries. livepin.app also hosts the DriveRank API at /api and health checks at /health — those interfaces are not part of this marketing site.
