How billing works
Users add. Staff can comp. PayPal collects.
- Sign in at the portal and open a tracker account. That is your fleet.
- Enter the 15-digit IMEI. LivePin prints the APN and server command for 162.35.99.139:5020.
- PayPal charges the first month ($15 or $25). The pin stays off the map until that payment is confirmed.
- After that, pay the next month from Billing. Seven days past due, then the device suspends.
- Staff, on the admin desk, can add an IMEI, comp it, grant 30 days, or suspend it.
Included on every paid device: live map, trip replay, geofences, alerts, SIM data usage when you save the ICCID, and the web Safety Agent.
