SMS Terms
Last updated: October 1, 2026. These SMS Terms apply to text messages from LivePin / Drive (Florida ITT LLC). They supplement our Website Terms and App Terms of Service.
Program
Brand: LivePin (Unlimited Projects).
LivePin sends account login codes, Safety Circle check-in requests and alerts, security alerts, and trip-share notifications.
By opting in on the SMS Alerts form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Drive / LivePin, as described in the SMS Messaging Disclosure.
Consent
Consent is not a condition of purchasing LivePin stickers or using free Drive rating features. You must provide prior express consent for SMS. Consent is SMS-only and is separate from email or phone-call consent. The web form checkbox starts unchecked.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency may vary. Message frequency varies based on Safety Circle activity and trip sharing. Message & data rates may apply.
STOP & HELP
You can text HELP for support or STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Support: fleet@livepin.app.
Supported carriers
Compatible with major US carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network or device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy and App Privacy Policy. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the SMS program after updates means you accept the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
